Miniature Monday: Hey, Bartender!

Greetings, fellow tavern hoppers. Today’s DnD miniatures spotlight was especially tricky to source, but let’s see where we netted out.

Longtime 3DRPG readers will probably remember our previous down-and-dirty tavern setup post. However, since soooo many DnD campaigns and new mission assignments seem to stem from Inn meet-ups, we thought we would add some more fun 3D prints to the mix.

We thought this big-pour bartender was going to be our easiest STL source of the day, but man oh man, what a struggle. We just couldn’t find the maker anywhere; we looked for what felt like ages. So, if anyone happens to recognize this handlebar mustache man, we sure would appreciate it if you could let us know on our Instagram channel.

Next up, we wanted to show this cozy little fireplace by Cast n Play. It’s just the right size for a tighter encounter space at just two d20 squares wide. This hand heater is from their marvelous Terrain Essentials Interiors Volume II Kickstarter…specifically from the core House Set category.

You can tell this TTRPG STL is from our wayback machine because it’s printed in FDM. Cast n Play would always tell you that resin (and we would certainly agree), but it’s nice to know hobbyists have the option. Resident Painter Kimmy Utah colored this one up for us, and she even used a little Modge Podge and slipped in a web print for the portrait above the mantle. We so need her to do some more of that technique because we frickin’ love how it turned out!

Lastly, we have this fab wine bottle rack by STL Miniatures. This one ages like the fine wine that it is and is from their wonderful Fantasy Props 2 Set. A lot of the pieces from it aren’t headliners, but they do such a good job of adding sweet, subtle touches to your encounter builds.

Kimmy Utah was also Chief Colorist on this DnD scatter terrain piece, and thank gawd she was because if we had to try and slip our tiny brush heads into those spaces, we would have literally passed out. We just adore this final piece.

So, you can see if you need to set a subtle DnD encounter scene for an Inn or Tavern that any of these 3D prints would complement your existing setup or could be used to enhance your gameboard even further. Now, who is buying that next round of ale?
