Today, we’re sharing some slick Egyptian scatter terrain by Tiny Furniture – the perfect pieces next time you want to inject a little mystery and intrigue into your DnD dungeon crawl.
Tiny Furniture is a wonderful STL creator in our beloved 3D-printing space. Their Patreon is an absolute steal at $4.20 a month, and the models print so darn well. DM Ben has also utilized their painting services on occasion, and he has no words to describe the brilliant brush strokes he gets back.
Let’s focus on a few of the Egyptian pieces from their Pharoh’s Tomb release. It has all sorts of room dressings for that next burial chamber heist! Many of them are on the tinier-side so get ready to flip that magnifying light to the on position.
Resident painter Kimmy Utah drew the paint straw for these beauties. Her approach is a testament to “simple is better,” and we just love how these turned out! They have such an undisturbed, sand-baked vibe.
So now the question is how do we incorporate this Masryeen scatter into a fun encounter? DM Ben has a few thoughts:
Lots of hooks for a DM to latch onto there, right?
DM Ben inserted an undiscovered tomb deep inside a cavern the party was exploring. The players stumbled upon a false wall that revealed an undisturbed burial chamber. He used these Tiny Furniture Egyptian statues to dress up the room.
These 3D-printed decorative works should have been a warning sign to the group not to mess with this untold tomb. Of course, they couldn’t resist wrecking the place for treasure, and one player took on a rough curse (that he’s still trying to shake).
Until next time!
