20 November 2025
As 2025 draws to a close, we’re nearly done with our beloved new Tomb Thursdays series! We’re far from finished, though, and today we’ve got some insanely cool desert warriors to showcase. Tread lightly.

Each week, we try to alternate between terrain tiles, scatter terrain, and of course, all sorts of marvelous Egyptian-style 3D-printed miniatures. We’re really challenging our creativity here and having a blast building this new DnD game setting. We hope you’re giving some of these 3D prints a try, too!

Seriously, guys and gals – you simply cannot have too many desert miniatures like the ones we’re featuring today. Your DM needs a mountain of baddies, and you’re really pulling double printing duty because many of these same minis can be utilized by the players to represent future characters. And of course, we can’t forget about NPCs!

Let’s start with this sly archer TTRPG miniature by EC3D Designs! Now, you’re probably thinking, here they go again – just pulling another STL from their Empire of the Scorching Sands set. Not so fast! This one is actually from their Skyless Realms set, which has some extremely impressive sculpts.

Resident Painter Kimmy Utah pulled her best brush from her weapons rack and gave us the perfect mix of desert colors. This dude looks like such a bad a$$. Frickin’ fantastic. There is something about that red scarf and the rest of the green and gold garb that just sings, baby! The impeccable wooden bow is also on point!

Our second mighty miniature is by the crafty Loot Studios. This Maximus, Merciless Gladiator is one of our most very favorite STLs they’ve done. This no-nonsense warrior is from their Flames of Wrath set. Those big arms certainly can handle his head-bashing hammer.

Once again, Kimmy Utah answered the coloring call to get this new TTRPG Gladiator into action. The meticulous armor and mighty weapon, along with the perfect battle scar, practically make it feel like this lumbering desert warrior is slowly staring you down! And he’s a towering fighter, too. So good!

And with that, it’s time for DM Ben and the rest of the 3DRPG team to take a little holiday break. DM Ben is escaping to the Caribbean and avoiding any Thanksgiving family responsibilities, while the rest of us will be taking a break and resetting our hit points. We’ll be back on Wednesday, December 3. We’re so very thankful to each and every one of you who reads our little ol’ hobbyist DnD blog. Happy Thanksgiving from our families to yours!
