Greetings, fellow wanderers! Thankfully, we’ve reached the midpoint of our work week, and we think today’s monsters will certainly boar you, but in a good way. Let’s go!

Today’s DnD 3D prints fall into that either-or Wandering Monster category. You could certainly find this monster squad outdoors, but we think they’re better suited to be laying low in a cave or dungeon hideout.

We have two different talented creators making the same style of bad guys, and that’s super cool when their work complements one another. DM Ben wants the same type of monster to look slightly different to break things up at the game table. We’ll start with this Wereboar by mz4250. Like all his amazing work, this big swinger is a free download.

Resident painter Kimmy Utah took lead brush duties on these DnD miniatures and didn’t disappoint. Whenever we pass her doubles of the same fig, we ask her to differentiate them a tad so it’s a little easier to call ’em out on the game table. We can certainly use numerical rings, but it’s nice to skip those ID markers when we can. We love her use of color patterns and all the subtle splashes of various pigments here.

Our second tangling tusker is by EC3D Designs. This Wereboar version is from their fun Beasts and Baddies II Kickstarter (a must-have). We love founder and creator Evan Carothers and hope he hops back into the 3D-printing space soon. He took a breather in February 2025 to welcome a new little one into the world. We have cranked out an absolute ton of his STLs.

Kimmy Utah did these clubbers as well, and we love the different shirt shades. That darker blue with the grey patch is our fav of these three, but they’re all swell. Plenty of details to soak up here, with our fav being the plants sticking out of their tree clubs. Brilliant, we say! We dig the lighter skin tone from both variations.

Here’s the reverse side of freshly-made miniature goodness. We love the profiles, and especially the sense of movement in our tree stump swingers in the middle.

Better take that next dungeon corner in stealth-mode because these Wereboars ain’t playin’.
Until next time!
