Man the cannons! Fire in the hole! These are classic pirate sayings you better get used to saying in your DnD game. More so, you must ensure you have the proper miniatures and scatter terrain to set the scene!
As we said in yesterday’s Dungeons and Dragons post, we’ll use cannons as our primary weapon for any traditional high seas battles and on any of our Hovertrain marauder fights. And who works those mighty cannons is the theme of today’s pirate post!
We’re returning to the 3D Print well that keeps on giving with EC3D Designs and their Depths of the Savage Atoll Kickstarter. We’ll ultimately share both of these guys, but today, it’s all about that mustache.
Resident painter Kimmy Utah reported for duty and grabbed a paint brush. She did such a great job highlighting his muscular arms – I mean, the dude is picking up cannonballs all day. The hair and leatherwork were also pristine here, don’t ya think?
We love how EC3D Designs has two cannoneers for us in that set. It makes sense, as one has to load it and aim/fire it. We just want to mix the cannons themselves up: a traditional one, an arcane lightning one, a homebrewed version, etc.
Now for the particulars of our muscled meathead:
Welcome to the crew, Mr. Muscles. Now, let’s go blow some things up!
